SHIPPING

Lien Nguyen Ceramics offers domestic and international shipping on all orders.

Orders are posted every Monday.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is fulfilled, with a tracking number.

Postage is calculated per item or per combined items.

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer Delivery Duty Paid services. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order.

Once your package is delivered by the carrier, Lien Nguyen Ceramics is no longer responsible for the package.

Prices are listed in Australian (AUD) Dollars.

PICKUP

Local pickup from our home studio is available to all customers in Perth, Western Australia.

Orders can be collected on Mondays between 10AM - 7PM.

To request collection outside of these times, please reach out to info@liennguyenceramics.com

If pickup is selected and you are not local to Perth, your order will be cancelled and refunded.

RETURNS

Lien Nguyen Ceramics does not accept returns. All sales are final. Exchanges and cancellations are not permitted.

Please read the item description carefully for each item you wish to purchase.

In the unlikely event that an item is damaged during shipping, please reach out to info@liennguyenceramics.com within 7 days of delivery to arrange a refund or replacement. Please provide photos. All return shipping costs are at the expense of the buyer.

Lien Nguyen Ceramics holds the right to deny returns if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.

WORKSHOPS

As above, all sales are final. Lien Nguyen Ceramics does not refund nor reschedule workshop bookings. Please select your workshop carefully. No replacement classes will be provided for those missed —we suggest putting your booked class in your calendar so you won’t forget about it, as we do not always send reminders.

CERAMICS & CARE

All items are food safe unless stated.

All items are microwave and dishwasher safe. However it is recommended to hand wash with a gentle soap to prolong the life of your handmade pieces.

Please treat with care as dropping a piece or a sudden change in temperature may cause breakages due to the nature of the material.

SUSTAINABILITY

Lien Nguyen Ceramics is a socially and environmentally conscious studio. We carry out sustainable studio practises and use responsible packing materials where possible. 

All packaging materials have been carefully curated to offer the most protection to your item/s whilst having a low environmental impact. The packaging is recyclable, biodegradable and/or compostable.
