  • Before commissioning a piece, please ensure that our style and aesthetic align with you.

    We can customise our core collection in your preferred colour. If you're seeking a one-off design, we can collaborate to create a piece that perfectly suits your needs.

    To begin, gather photos of inspiration to include with your enquiry.

    We’ll arrange a chat either online via Zoom or in person if you’re in the Perth, WA area. If this isn’t convenient for you, we can communicate via email.

    During this conversation, we’ll discuss the commission process and explore your ideas. After each meeting, you’ll receive a summary of the discussion for your records.

    If we decide to proceed with the project, you’ll receive a proposal outlining the cost, timeline, expectations, and a project vision board.

    Once the proposal is accepted and the contract is signed, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required to start the work.

  • Once the deposit has been received, the commission process usually takes around 8-20 weeks to complete.

    Throughout the project, you’ll receive regular updates and progress reports, complete with images and/or videos.

    When the commissioned piece(s) are finished, we’ll send you final images and/or videos for your review.

  • After the remaining 50% payment has been received, your piece(s) will be carefully packed and weighed.

    You’ll receive an invoice for the shipping costs, which will include tracking, insurance, and signature-required delivery confirmation.

    Note: Complimentary door-to-door delivery or collection is available for clients within the Perth metro area.

    Once the shipping invoice is paid, your package will be on its way, and you’ll receive a tracking number along with any other important information for your records.
