HOW COMMISSIONS WORK

The Beginning

When considering a commission please make sure that you’re into our style and aesthetic.

We are able to create our core collection in a custom colour if that is what you’re after. However if you’re after a one-off design we can design the piece together to suit the functionality that you’re after.

Collect photos of inspiration to send along with your inquiry.

A chat online via Zoom or in-person if you’re in the Perth, WA area will be organised. If this doesn’t suit you, communication will be done via email. During this we will talk more about the commission process and discuss your ideas. After each meeting you will be emailed meeting minutes for your records.

If we decide to move forward with the project, you’ll be sent a proposal including the cost of the commission, a timeline, expectations and a project vision board.

Once the proposal is accepted and the contract is signed, a non-refundable 50% payment is required to get started.

In Progress

After the 50% payment has been received, the commission process typically takes about 8-20 weeks to complete.

You’ll be sent updates and progress reports with images and/or videos, throughout the length of the project.

After the commissioned piece/s are completed, you’ll be sent images and/or videos! 

The End

As soon as your remaining 50% payment is received, your piece/s will be packed and weighed.

You’ll be sent an invoice for the shipping amount which includes tracking, insurance and signature-required delivery confirmation. Note: Complimentary door-to-door delivery or pick up is available for patrons located within the metro Perth area.

Once you’ve paid for shipping, your package will be on its way to you, and you’ll be sent a tracking number and other important info for your records.
